These are one of my favorite things - Plate Mates. They are weighted magnets that can attach to your metal dumbbells, plates, or weight stacks and go up in very small increments - perfect when adding 5 lbs is too much, why not 1.25 or 3 lbs? JC Travel Bands - These are some of my favorite resistance training tools to take with me when I travel!

  Superbands - I use these to help me on my pullups, but also for seated band rows and glute activation work
